Annie Mangin v. Wm. Sparks, and Wm. Sparks v. Annie Mangin.
These were two cross charges, in which a mother appearing against her son, and a son against his mother, asking damages for assault - the daughter-in-law appearing as a witness.
His Worship dismissed both cases, and cautioned the parties not to come again before him.
