Charles GILES late of Banyena, Laborer, died 28 Sep 1899. Probate granted 1 Feb 1900.
This is the last will and testament of me Charles Giles of Banyena in the Colony of Victoria farm labourer. I give devise and bequeath unto Esther Giles of the George Hotel St Kilda all my real and personal estate. I appoint Francis Bernard McGonigal of Banyena aforesaid Assistant Postmaster executor of this my will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto at my hand this twenty first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine. Charles Giles, Signed by the said Charles Giles the Testator and by him declared to be his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses M.
