Joseph TREWEEK late of near Creswick, Farmer.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Treweek of Spring Hill near Creswick in the Colony of Victoria, Farmer. After payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife Harriet Treweek my farm situated in Spring Hill comprising 57 acres 2 roods 3 perches and described in plan L3458 of the Government Survey as block seven of Section D to have and to possess during the term of her natural life.
And from and after her decease I give, devise, and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto and among and to be equally divided between all and every (one of) my children, both sons and daughters who shall be living at the time of the decease of my said wife. I also devise and direct that my dear wife before named support and maintain each of my children if need be until arrival at the age of twenty-one years and if my said wife die before any do arrive at that age the share due to such shall be invested in the name of and for the benefit of such until of age.
And I hereby appoint Mr John Nance, Farmer of Newlyn, Mr William McKay, Farmer of Spring Hill and William Myers King, Storekeeper of Creswick, Executors of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this second day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
