Bullarook Parish Plan: All this land was originally part of John Hepburn's Mount Prospect Pre-emptive Right of 640 acres. BC Treweek owned two parcels of land, one on the south side of the Newlyn Road dated 13 July 1928, Section A, Allotment 43, 79 acres, 3 roods, 25 perches, which was formerly part of Boyd's Estate. The other was on the north side of the same road dated 6 Feb 1953, Section A, Allotment 98D 65a, 2r, 7p. There was only one 109 acre property between them.

Damage in the Creswick District
The rainfall in Creswick amounted to 996 points. An inspection of Mr. Alcorn's property, on the south-western slope of Spring Hill, shows that tons of soil were washed down the hill, as well as the potato crop. Mr. A. T. Leishman's area of potatoes at Forest Hill was scoured to a considerable extent, and at Blampied Messrs. B. Treweek, R. A. Bradshaw, and J. Dickson suffered losses in a similar way, the potatoes in two paddocks of Mr. Dickson's, of about 35 acres, being carried downhill and spread in a crop of oats. Messrs. M. Cleary and Cleary Bros., of Blampied, also had considerable damage done to their crops. So far as the crops of oats, wheat, and barley are concerned, it is now seen that many of them have not been damaged to the extent that was at first feared. [Argus (Melbourne) 7 Dec 1933.
