John LEONARD v Amos SHOEMACK
Permitting to be sold to informant a glass of whiskey in his house at Ascot, without a license. Mr Burton for Plaintiff.
The informant, a newsagent, having given evidence, and after having been cross-examined by the defendant, his Worship dismissed the case, intimating that there should have been corroborative evidence.
