Hartland is a large parish in the county of Devon, located in the far north west on the border with Cornwall, high above the the Bristol Channel. The Parish Church of Hartland is St Nectan's Church at Stoke, dedicated to a fifth century Celtic saint. With an imposing tower it is regarded as the 'Cathedral of North Devon'.
