Also on this voyage were Hugh BANKS age 28 and his wife Frances Ann age 22 who in 1854 became the second wife of Thomas Giles, brother of Elizabeth HUCKERBY (ms GILES). They were both widowed in 1853 soon after their arrival in Victoria.

Will dated 5 May 1882, signed by John Cleaver, witnesses Neil Nicholson JP of Clunes and James Dickson, Farmer of Clunes. Probate granted 3 May 1888 to William and Benjamin Cleaver and Elizabeth Cleaver, revoked by her on 13 Apr 1888 eleven days before her own death. To my dear wife Elizabeth an Insurance Policy with Mutual Assurance Society for the sum of £500.
